This number just calls my cell phone @ random. They never leave a message. When you do pick up, there is just dead air (silence). You can't call back this number. It's obviously a spoofed phone number.

Robo call asking for former employee. Does not give an opportunity to speak to a live person to have # removed. Says if you are "Jane Doe," stay on the line, if not, hang up. When you try to call back, you get a "fast" busy signal. These are nuisance calls and should be blocked or require that the "pre-recorded" message identify themselves and have an option to reach a live person or have your number removed from their records.

Multiple daily calls from robo dialer asking survey information. I will vote against any candidate using this service.

I have found the UHC nurses and other support people to be very helpful. They have made suggestions about what to talk to my doctor about, got my husband and I into programs to better handle stress and other things. They also check up on us when we have a major change in our health. After my hysterectomy, my nurse called and answered my questions and generally comforted me. When we got CPaP machines for apnea, they called to make sure we had been taught how to use them and that we were set up for follow-up visits to make sure that they were helping. They aren't bad!
